This hotel was incredible! Nestled away on a lively street, it amazed me with attentive staff and stunning rooftop views. The room was spacious and immaculate, with the most comfortable bed during my Italian journey. However, access to the hotel is tricky, and breakfast could use improvement.

The evening rooftop terrace with dazzling city views and the warm hospitality from Licia made our stay truly special.

Had an amazing stay with my family! We enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace and had a great time in the leisure room after busy days exploring. While there was some weekend noise from a nearby jazz club, it didn’t really bother us. just a heads up! 😊

Outstanding views and service!

We loved our stay here! The rooftop terrace was the highlight, perfect for dinner with epic city views. Our Junior Suite was huge with a cozy loft! Staff was super friendly – shoutout to Licia and Martina! Just a heads up, finding the place was kinda tricky at first, but totally worth it. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch too.

A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Service

I had a wonderful stay in a Luxury Triple Room for 3 nights, where the hospitality truly shone through. The staff went above and beyond, offering personalized recommendations for dining and activities. The location was perfect, nestled in the heart of Naples yet tucked away on a quiet pedestrian street. The daily continental breakfast featured delightful local pastries that made each morning special. While everything was fantastic, it can be a bit challenging to find the hotel initially due to its hidden entrance.

The charming courtyard entrance and elegant decor truly made me feel at home, blending the historic charm of Naples with modern comfort. The lift accessibility was a blessing for seniors like me, ensuring ease of movement throughout the hotel.

Improved signage for easier navigation would be helpful.

Santa Chiara Boutique offers a unique charm with its central location in historic Naples, tucked away on a pedestrian-only street. The hospitality provided by the staff, particularly Gennaro, was exceptional, offering personalized dining and shopping recommendations. My room was spacious and clean, accommodating both a king and twin beds, and I appreciated the feather-free environment. Daily continental breakfast included a delightful selection of local pastries, enhancing my stay further.

Navigating to the hotel can be challenging due to narrow streets.

We had a fantastic stay here with our family and beloved pet. The Duplex Suite was spacious and offered entertainment through great digital channels for our kids. The location near shops and a delightful gelato shop made our walks even more enjoyable.

My kids wished there was air conditioning in the upper levels.

Charming rooms offer a peaceful escape in a bustling area. Tough to find the entrance, especially with luggage. Enjoyed bike tours nearby. Staff very helpful with local insights.

The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The rooftop offered stunning views and was a delightful escape from the street below. Breakfast was carefully prepared and suited our taste perfectly, providing a satisfying start to our day. It was amazing to explore many tourist highlights by foot, making our trip very convenient.

However, the noise from the street made it difficult to relax in our room.
